BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit or consultation fee that can be deducted from the final cost of your treatment. Your appointment is confirmed only once the deposit has been received. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. • More than 24 hours’ notice – your deposit can be transferred to a new booking • Less than 24 hours’ notice – your deposit will be retained • Missed appointments – deposit is forfeited We reserve the right to require full prepayment for future bookings in cases of repeated cancellations or missed appointments. LATE ARRIVALS Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule. In such cases, the deposit may be lost. CONSULTATIONS Consultations are an essential part of our clinical approach and are charged accordingly. Where appropriate, this fee may be redeemed against treatment on the same day. MEDICAL SUITABILITY All treatments are subject to consultation and professional assessment. We prioritise your safety and reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate. RESULTS Individual results may vary. Our approach focuses on natural, refined outcomes tailored to each client. PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS We operate a professional and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary. PAYMENTS We accept both online and in-clinic payments. Selected treatments may require full payment in advance.
